We've been kicking around 054 vs 055 radiators in other threads - which got me to thinking when I saw the picture of this car's radiator.

From my earlier thinking, 440/Auto/3.55 should have come with the 054 radiator, but this one is pictured with an 055.  I thought the A36 axle package called for the N51 MaxCool equipment (and by extension, the 054 radiator)?   Wonder what the broadcast sheet calls for?  :shruggy:

Strange that in all those pictures there's not a single shot of the engine compartment.  Still, it's a cool car whose restoration has held up pretty well after 30+ years all things considered.

Quotehe could atleast have a picture of the engine compartment!

and he doesn't say anything about it in the discription.  :scratchchin: strange
i always get a little nervous when they tell you to email derectly and not to go through ebay. scammers do that.
i'm not saying it's a scam but that is A RED FLAG. To much money anyway, Rene

Any color combo works for me.  Thats my all time favorite car.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Man, that white/red combo is awesome!  I dunno why, but the yellow isn't nearly as eye-catching to me.  'Course, an Aero car looks good to me in any flavor...

:iagree:  The yellow and black stripe just doesnt "pop" as much as the white and red stripe.   :Twocents:

That car is the exact opposite color combination as my car. I think that when the car was for sale a few years ago the asking price was $95K.

I believe it is a car that Dave Patik has looked over a few times as well, so if anyone is really interested in the car they should probably ask him finer detail questions. I haven't seen the car in person, but was hoping it would still be in Florida when I head down there next spring.

Here's a couple of pics of that car that were forwarded from the seller to me.

Rene...I'm the messenger here, and passing this info along from the owner of this car:
"Thank you for your help. I just looked at the Dodgecharger.com forum. My brother owns a collectibles shop in Daytona and with over 1200 positive feedbacks it has more credibility than my new account which was created after someone hacked into my Ebay account and listed all kinds of garbage.
The Daytona Supercars business was bought out by Total Performance and I still own the property and lease the building and in fact am putting two more buildings up. Our store number is 386-323-9050 and we have 2 local vice presidents at the bank who know us well as we are not scamers. I would sure like you to forward this if you could to the Dodgecharger forum and again thanks for your help".   Steve

I think I'll still give him a call this week about the car. Not that I wanna buy it, just wanna ask a few questions about if he remembers stuff from before the restoration in the 70's.
