Hey guys,

Does anyone know what this is from?  I'm assuming it was just an aftermarket thing available from the dealership or something, but I got this from a guy in our family.  Not sure if it works or not.  What could it be worth?  The model number on it is 12V-AA12 and the Patent Number is 3273086.
