Zinc

Names Zinc, yes I know its strange, blame my parents! well I've kinda been reading this board for sometime, finally signed up, really only have an interest in winged cars,(, I'll admit, I use to be into pontiacs) I finally gonna pull the trigger, and build one, I can't afford to buy a real one, so a clone will do, I've been checking out some of the vendors you guys talk about, not to sure who to go with, but I'm in no rush I hope to share some information, and learn something from you guys, my current cars are a 70 sat. with a 440 4spd, and a 71 sat. with a 383 auto, I had a 69 charger 440 auto, but I traded it for the 71 sat, I know, should have kept the charger, I was gonna turn it in to a Daytona clone, but I really like the sats.so it looks like I'll be building a Superbird-Zinc

Welcome and I'm just about to get into starting to build a Bird clone.  I have my car to start it but am not going to rush into it.  I believe this will be my last project (famous last words).  I have to take care of another project first then sell the 70 Chally.  This site has a lot of good folks and info. to share.  I wish I had the time and knowledge to create a reference how-to webpage just on building clones including all the input and ideas that other people have done plus the info I've read and saved.  I like to see the progress and different ideas that are out there.

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.
