I'm hearing ya!  I love that link, it has great H50 and Twilight Zone shows on it.  I searched for "Jack Lord" after watching the show and learned a lot about him and his life.  Perfectionist would some it up.

I bet you mean Bullitt, right? Could be the same guy, just had more of a tan in Bullit.

I'm currently on a "Rockford Files" kick, Jack Lord guest appeared in a couple episodes I've seen so far. I have always liked him as an actor.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

your actually thinking of B. Hickman right?.  the driver of the '68 Charger in Bullitt?.. he was at that time the premire hollywood stunt driver,.. it looks like him, same glasses, same lantern jaw,.. but i think Bill Hickman was of larger stature...  :shruggy:

OOOpps, Thanks. :icon_smile_big:

While were on this stuff.  What was the detective show that always used Mopars 100% throughout the show.  I still remember a brand spanking new 69 R/T rumbling past a guard gate with a vinyl top. Cool!!   Can't remember the series name?  Can picture the guy, black hair, worked side by side with his secretary but then go blank?   Ideas?

The only one I can think of is "Vegas" with Robert Urich, but he had a T-bird.

Maybe you're thinking of Mannix? Not all Mopars but pretty close:

"Q. What kind of car did Joe Mannix drive?

A. It differed by broadcast season:

1967-68: Barris customized 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado convertible (silver/blue in color); Oldsmobile did not make a convertible version of the Toronado

1968-69: 1968 Dodge Dart convertible earlier, 1969 Dodge Dart Convertible later (both dark green in color)

1969-70: 1969 Dodge Dart convertible (same used in the second half of the prior season)

1970-71: 1970 Plymouth Barracuda convertible (dark green in color)

1971-72: 1971 Plymouth Barracuda convertible (dark green in color)

1972-73: 1972 Plymouth Barracuda convertible (dark green in color)

1973-74: 1973 Dodge Challenger hardtop; Chrysler had discontinued making convertibles for the Barracudas and Challengers (silver/blue in color)

1974-75: 1974 Chevrolet Camaro (medium blue in color, I think; these shows haven't appeared in syndication to verify, so I'm going by 20+ years of memory)"

A Fact of Life: After Monday and Tuesday even the calendar says WTF.........

bull

I was just going through the credits of Bullitt and found a small bit of useless trivia. Did you know Suzanne Somers had an uncredited bit role in the film? Yea, I know, BFD.
