There is no Charger Chassis, being a unibody. Wheelbase doesn't look right either.
Do I have the last, operational Popcar Spacemobile?

But there is a a drivetrain including suspension and brakes and this running gear is commonly referred to as a chassis rightly or wrongly.  However, saying that, it also mentions the engine size as 400 which would mean that if that stuff were stripped out of a 69 Charger, it wasn't a stock one.  As for the wheelbase on those panel vans, no they don't come in at 117 inches.
