I started my car today and the fuel gauge never moved from past "E". I drove it for a few miles and then it started to work. When I shut the car off and then restarted it the same thing happened. After A few miles it worked fine. Is there a problem developing here?

Intermittant electrical problems are the hardest to track down.
Let the car sit for a while, ground the wire that goes to the sending unit.  See if the gauge rises as soon as the key is turned on.

It's not a midlife crisis, it's my second adolescence.
