I was looking throught R/T specialties catalog and noticed a b-body AC/Heater Drain tube. I have nothing like this connected on my car. Where does this go?  Thanks! |

The drains on my Charger are exposed in the firewall and do not use a tube. The only thing on my A/C Charger remotely close to this type of piece is used to vent the A/C - heater box fan - it is configured differently as it terminates both directions to hard points. Distinctly different to this 'drip' configured piece.

A/C water drain tube... on an A/C car the A/C box should have the outlet throught the firewall to conect a drain hose to drop the water coming from condensation on core inside.

No tube on a second gen....evap drain is an exposed pipe....just like ChargerCharlie & tantop stated.... |

Pipe should have the drain hose for simply a reason: water can be able to enter throught the firewall hole in to the cab if water is not enough to drip to floor, and just will run along the pipe up to firewall... my car does have the same pipe on pic on same area and carries the hose... well, the original went away but found a replacement from another car around.
IF 2nd gens cars really never got, I would advice to fit one!!!
I think I have seen them down here on 60s Coronets so thats why I assumed they should be up there on Chargers
