That is the original bill of sale for what became the EPA Superbird.

Those 2 items found indicating both where 168703.Thanks for the update was the EPA car used in that ad?

http://www.everythingmuscle.com/1970_superbird_documentation.htm They included the Hot Rod 1970 February ad in their documentation .So the EPA car is the one in that ad I assume

No, the EPA Superbird was white from the factory with a bench seat.   The car in the original black and white ad was a darker color, and I believe it had buckets.    I don't think there is any connection between them whatsoever.
