I'm not sure. Even looking at mine there doesn't appear to be any clearance issues. Either way they butchered a perfectly good K Frame.

I don't think they know what they are even doing on the vehicles them selfs. Because so far with this thread and the photos you have posted clearly shows that.  :shruggy:

Clearly!!

And thanks to who ever pointed out that my lower control arm bumpstops were missing. I just ordered them!!

We found out today the idler arm had some mega slop.... So that's next on the chopping block.

I've seen them so I can vouch for that k frame and those LCA's. They even painted the k frame while it was still warm after the torch job.  It actually shows up better with Jeff's camera.
Why did they change oil pans again?

LCA's are all banged up as well.  Can't be new stuff with the amount the car was in operation.

They changed the oil pan because (and this is a direct Thomas quote) "Mopar Performance installed the wrong pickup in, so while they were there they decided to put the larger pan on".

How would they KNOW they put the wrong pickup in the motor without opening it up!?!??!?!  :brickwall:

As for the pictures, I brought my good camera out for these shots.. I wanted detail to show the hack cut/torch job they did.

mikepmcs

Ok, that's what I thought.  I bet they changed the pan because they couldn't hack the k frame enough to make it work with the original pan and then decided to put that deep sump on there because it cleared everything and they didn't have to cut anymore.

I'm sure... Funny because the silicone was being sucked into the sump anyways. It was gobbed in the bottom of the pan.

Has anyone filed a criminal complaint with your stated Dept. of motor vehicles  or dept. of automotive repair ? To sell or repair vehicles for monetary compensation, the company is required to adhere to strict state and federal laws in regards to their business license ! It sounds like I am hearing that they are selling vehicles that are misrepresented, unsafe and are falsifying legal documents, That alone WILL bring serious state AND federal criminal charges against them, AND furthermore, If these misrepresented vehicles that they certify cause injury or death , then someone WILL go to prison and face a steep lawsuit along with that. You would be able to go against the legal owners of the company as well as individual employees who did the work and or signed off on that work. Food for thought guys ( gals) If it were me, They had done this to, they had better know where osama bin laden was because they would need to move in with him to slow me down from finding them  and I would find them, i can tell you that ! Nothing angers me more than someone ripping you guys off and risking the lives of you and your families if that so called safe car fell apart on the freeway. :patrol:

Thank you. They've been given MULTIPLE opportunities to save face. I've offered to pay for ALL materials in trade for them paying the LABOR bill.. But apparently I've been compared to a terrorist holding someone for ransom.  :brickwall:

After reading many of Jeff's posts and all the advice people on this forum gave you on those posts before buying a charger, I find it hard to believe you did not see all the rust this car had loading it, is that you under the back of your car in this pic? Pic from this forum by the way. Was not all those holes you posted pics of visible? That car looked like swiss cheese in your pics. I know you have stated you where blinded by this car but that much? Sorry to be a first post slammer
