You guys have a link to shrink photo sizes on here?  i wanna post some pics up but all my pictures are over 1MB and the site's max limit is 200KB

Use Microsoft Picture Manager. It should be on your XP computer. Select Edit, then the compess and it will make the picture smaller. You adjust by how much.

Just go on paint, open the pic then go to sketch and skew and resize the pic. After save it under a diffrent name.
