I found this old photo of my Superbird on Facebook.
I am 100% sure this is my car.

Yes I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have any information on my car/owner.

The photo was taken in Englishtown, and you may note that the bird had the RR dust trail decal, so would stand out.

Hi Gary,
I'm sure I gave the name of an Owner in New York to the previous owner of your car, Alaskan T/A on here had some info that he passed on to me, hopefully he will chime in and has a copy of the info.

Hi John

I phoned James Cropanese from NJ, who was the last US owner and received some info from him. I have also emailed him, but he has not returned my email? ( he owns a 70 Hemi Cuda!)
James said he purchased the car from a David Edwards in the 80,s, who is/was a NY fireman.

The first photo posted by Dave, seems rather early (early 80,s?), so thought I would ask if anyone has any information.

Regarding the Gearbox and gas equipment for my car, I did speak with Scott when I was in England but when he learnt that the car had left the States he seemed to lose interest in re-uniting the components; I have rung his house several times since but he has always been "unavailable" so I don't know if I will ever get the pieces back together.
I am not sure where the Californian owner sourced the nose from, I am pretty sure that it didn't come with the car when he bought it from MO though.
If anyone has any info. on Superbird RM23V0A171628 I would appreciate it, came from New York.

Hi Gary,
yeah, thats all the info I had. The 'Bird wasn't registered with the club until I did so when I purchased it in England just before coming out here.
