I definitely need to give mine the same treatment. That looks really nice! What all did you have to buy to do it/ where did you get it? I mean gaskets, heater core, anything else, etc.?

The foam is from RestoRick www.restorick.com :2thumbs:

The metal and screws has been electrogalvanized blue colored, except the 3 big nuts those are gold colored.

The heater box was painted with plastic bumper paint

The Heater core was with the car when I bought it, I think it's from Year One.

Painting the front cover is last thing to do, before it's ready go back into the car.

Who did the electrogalvanizing for you? Was it pretty spendy?

A little local place here in Denmark did it for me. Lots of places here can do it. I think I paid 50$
