the new camaro still does nothing for me . once again i think chevrolet dropped the ball . while DODGE & FORD went with the COOL retro look on the CHALLENGER & MUSTANG , friggn chevy goes  space camp . the new CAMARO is beyond stupid looking the grill makes it look like its stoned out of its mind .  the same goes for chevys design team it looks like a bigger version of the ugly a$$ corvette .

they would have done alot better if they went with a retro style of the 67-69 camaro . justt my  Twocents

I'm sure it's a very ergo ride inside but I do wish GM would rethink their steering wheel/wiper/signal controls/etc...  I could be blindfolded and would know I was in a GM ride.  Always reminds me of those big calculators that older folk use so they can see the numbers.  BIG BIG BIG.  I think they were just a little off on the cluster but understand what they were going for. scratchchin

Looks really nice on the outside though.  I do appreciate the fact that they made an attempt to please the Chebbie crowd.  2thumbs

Very interested in the write up. popcrn

Mike, how do you fit comfort wise in there?

Well I'll say this much, buying cars/trucks w/o wife knowing everything up front runs in my family. I can't begin to tell you how many toys I've bought then told the wife afterwards yep, its mine or ours. Was she mad at the time, sometimes yes, but she got over it. I don't make or buy stupid things therefore never a problem in the end.
I'm waiting to hear back from my brother in law to confirm, I'll see him tomorrow for sure at dinner.
That's when I'm gonna break the news to my wife about my latest purchase on another Lightning.  Cheesy
Do it front to family, that way she can't kill me w/witnesses present.  Cheesy

I've always been that way. Maybe there's such a thing as being too independent but I haven't reached that level yet.  Cheesy  That house that I bought was a really good deal and I figured I'd rent it out for a little extra income. Once she saw the house though, she wanted to move into it and rent the house we were living in.   silly

I'll tell ya' the Camaro is a great car - in fact I'm just finishing up my full review that will be on Cardomain.com, probably later today or Monday - I'll post it up when it's done. What I can say quickly is that the Challenger is more of an executive muscle car, where the Camaro is more a back roads brawler. They are both great cars with pro's and con's to each of them. If I had to buy on though it would be the SRT-8 Challenger. It's bigger, more comfortable with better visibility and ride. The Camaro however will out handle it - again, two different muscle cars with two completely different personalities.

I'll post more soon - here is a quick video review though.

You should be selling some of these aftermarket parts for these newer brawlers, like the mustang, camaro, challengers, etc.....diablo, magnaflow, qtp, k&n.  You could test the parts out on cars and give real world feedback.  I know I'd lend you my Challenger for some testing if need be.

I'd rather give my money to somebody I trust on this site, than just anyone.  2thumbs
