Gladly, but it came with the car when I bought it, so I don't know the manufacturer. I can tell you that it's real light, about 40lbs for the whole thing. Here's a couple pics before I started the resto in May...I'll post some better ones of the framework and hinges, so you can see how it mounts. tomorrow, if the weather drys up a bit

right after these pics i raced a guy on a R-1 to the other side of town,.. yeah he was having to wait for me but we had fun..
he was poppin wheelies on nearly every block..
Says he's owned two road runners a '68 and a '70 and wished he still had 'em..
