Hi Robert.Here is a shot from the side. I purchased the hood black out stencil but have decided to go with without for the power bulge. If anyone needs a stencil I am willing to part with it for half of new plus shipping. Ray

Thanks for the compliments. This car was originally from California , not numbers matching and my first and last attempt at doing this. Has been fun and I am getting closer to the day I can turn the key. A lot of inspiration on this awesome site. Just what I need to see this through. Ray

the before had strobes on the roof, not keeping them??  i had never seen that done before, thought it was interesting
as for the hood, it sure would be sweet witht he black out on it..................

Sorry. I missed the point on the strobe. The car had been parked since 87. I picked it up in 91. The strobe was painted on at some point early on. I am torn on the hood blackout to be honest.  Still time to decide. I may end up flipping a coin. Right now I am working on the engine. I discovered the hard way that you can not ram a 3/8" oil dipstick tube in a 11/32" hole.  Who thinks these things up anyway?
