tach wire into second gen

is this wire taped together with the engine harness or does run separatelly but parallel to the engine harness ?

I think it's separate....the tach was an option....they would not make 2 different engine harness's for each engine..

yeah thats what I think specially being out of the maing bulkhead plug, but just to be sure...

however on 71/73 Chargers, there are a cavity for it on engine harness. Dunno either how it should be on these LOL. 74 uses the only cavity left empty on tranny harness plug. Dunno either on these LOL

It runs by itself along with taped up harness, see pic, that it is where yellow tape is on it. Mine is a tan wire.
