Hi guys!
I need the three pieces that hold the pop up spring in place to the latch tray. my car was missing the spring when I got it and Ive always delt with it.
Ive spoke of this in the past and guys have suggested fabracating them but I dont have one to compare with.

any help or suggestion will be appreciated!!!!!!

I visited the body shop and the owner promised me the car by spring.....of course I asked "this spring?" Roll Eyes

A quote from the previously mentioned thread..

I was just given this website by one of our very own here at moparts.

Maybe this will work..... Looks to have a wide selection....

Originals are 1/2" long and 3/8" wide.Anyrhing longer would look out of place and also require drilling an extra set of mounting holes.Still think it would be easier to make your own for all there is to them. Also, the washer hose clip has a bigger opening, doubt it would hold the spring tight to the latch tray

The books show the following:

Hood pop up spring clip (quantity 3) 2935 559
AKA
1970 Imperial Hood Latch Release Handle Cable Clip

If you know anyone with old derby cars around you may be able to find some.
That's assuming that Plymouth actually used the part they intended to in production.
I never cross checked this with the 70 Imperial I used to have.
Anyone else out there that can check this out?
