I put an ad on Moparts looking for some 73 fenders, and got a reply from a guy that said he has some. I asked for pics and get this in email.

I have a complete 1973 Charger in a complete working condition.
I am looking to sell the complete car if possible but can break it for
parts if no forthcoming buyer comes around. I am asking for a £200 for
the  drivers side fender and passenger side fender and i can ship via
Fed-ex or First flight whichever
mode you prefer. I will accept payment via western union or money
gram. Whats your complete shipping address? Phone #? Let me know.
