What you are looking at is one of NASCAR's secret rear spoiler developmental test car in between test runs.......
(They may have been gathering opinions relating to a new spoiler design, since they are at a location where you will find a huge NASCAR fan base....) :icon_smile_big:

I love walmart,people keep bashing into all the yellow poles and giving me lots of business. That spoiler looks like they could pull up a couple stools and use it as extra table for their hogroast in the front yard.
