NOS 500 Rocker Molding??

Believe some of the very early C500's had this style, but later changed over to the smooth design IIRC...

'69 Charger Daytona 440 auto 4.10 Dana ( now 426 HEMI )
'70 Superbird 426 Hemi auto: Lindsley Bonneville Salt Flat world record holder (220.2mph)
Houston Mopar Club Connection

I don't know if they made a change or not.  The '69 Parts Book lists a different part number for rocker mouldings on Charger500's (same one as for '68 Coronet 500's IIRC) than for XP or XS Chargers.  You'd think that it would have been the same for the entire run, but I can't say for sure.

Has anyone seen a survivor C500 coded for M25 that originally had smooth rocker mouldings instead?

Burbach is the seller and he is usually pretty knowledgeable about this stuff.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Personally speaking I have yet to see an unrestored C500 with the M25 option that doesn't have the ribbed rocker mouldings. Then again to be upfront haven't seen too many unrestored cars with the M25 option to begin with.

Heres my friends 500 that has factory rocker moulding .And they been on the car as long as I can remember :Twocents:.
