Some may.some may not but here is the correct location.

Chrysler pulled a real smoothie on that TSB.   When they did the Daytona, they included fender holes because they felt it would not be allowed on the race car if it wasn't on the street car.    On the Birds, I think they felt they could get away with a simple TSB, so that if NASCAR ever called them on it, they had an answer.   Not to mention the holes on the Daytona made a mess in the rain.

Well - they do everything on a Wing and a Prayer. They stick their noses up our tails. They grill our small openings. They scoop all of our money. They are a bunch of overChargers....And we flip them the Bird every chance we get.  ;)
