Are they supposed to be black or the same gray as the mech/base? If black is it gloss or semi?

pretty sure gray to match jack !!
its the repoped  replacements come in black that you can buy now !!  :shruggy: :popcrn:

that was one of the only 3 parts missing from my charger when i got it !!
saw year one selling a repop type !! with an chrysler part number starting with FD ,  just so happened i had 13/16" version of the acorn  lug nuts at the time  ,   looking to getting a origainal one at some point
its shorter than an original , but looks okish !! for now  :yesnod:  no good for the new lug nuts i have on there 3/4" http://www.yearone.com/Serverfiles/part.asp?pid=FD4976&hid=111CB13337&cat=1&trk=12&searchid=5606414

70 Charger RT

The Charger lug wrench should be a little long reach on the wrench side as it needs to protrude out past the quarter panel far enough so as to not hit it.  At least my original appears to have a different dimension that the one on the YO site as linked above. :Twocents:
