paint for turn signals on 70 charger

Hi guys
The previous owner of my car painted around the front turn signals to match the color of the car. They were painted a color close to the silver in the grille. What were they from the factory? The car is now black, should these be black also?

Should be the same color of the grill, Argent Silver.
