Vent box - passenger side

Is there such a thing?

I would like to put a vent box like the one on the drivers side (under dash, in corner) on the passenger side.  I have an A/C car, but it seems like a box would fit in place of the vent tube feeding the A/C box on the passenger corner.

would prolly  fit in there with the Ac heater box , but then un less i'm mistaken ,  there would be no out side air supply to the heaterbox ?

That is true...but I need the cool air more in the summer than I need the heat.   When it gets cold enough for heater use....the car is parked.

The A/C isn't installed, so regular air circulates through the box when I select "A/C".    But it doesn't cool off to outside air temp., I think that maybe my heater valve is partially open, and circulation through the core is happening.  So I don't use the heater - A/C controls, just the floor vent.   So another one on the passenger side would be nice.

You know I was considering doing this to my A/C car. Even to the point of looking for a pass. side vent box. I thought there was one on each side in non A/C cars. The more I looked into it I realized that the pass side vent box is built in with the heater box well at least on A/C cars. Are they the same on non A/C cars? Built into the heater box? Also I'm going with after market A/C from Classic Air even though my car is originally A/C. So I wanted to put a dual vent source in my car. I'm going to have to study on how the CA system works according to the ventilation aspect of it. I have not yet purchased the CA A/C kit.

The vents are built in the heater box just like on the a/c cars.

I do believe such a pce has been manufactured.
Just need to find a car made without a heater.
Typically one that was sold in Hawaii.

Well looks like I'll have to search the islands LOL
Or modify a driver's side.
Or scrap the ideal.

Hmmm.  So it looks like they're available, but scarce as hen's teeth.    :'(

all "B" body cars without factory AC and heater delete have a passenger side vent box which is a mirror image of the drivers side. The way Chrysler figured this was that if you needed that much more vented air with AC heater box, you would just turn on the air conditioning.

The heater delete passenger side box is hard to find...plus you will need the adapter ring to mount it to the cowl.

That's gonna be a tough piece to find...and expensive

I'd consider making a fiberglass one using the left side as a template.
