Where is the Vin stamped on the car??  (except on the vin tag in the front window of course) The engine block, radiator support, and left rear trunk lip, what about the frame ?

A Charger is a unibody thus has no frame.

True that! I meant the frame rail (bearing structures of the unibody) or whatever they are called.

For as far as I know are all the places that you named in your first post the only ones with a vin number.

In Norway we have this stupid rule that to get the car approved, you need to have the cars VIN engraved into the frame (guess the stupid dmv can't see the difference between frame cars and unibodys)

Just buy a stamping kit and engrave the VIN into the frame yourself.

Trust me belgium isnt any smarter....
We also need the full vin stamped in the frame rail somewhere and it has te be done by the main Daimler Chrysler import dealer with official documents or otherwise no driving.......

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

mysil bergsprekken

wow, that is pretty harsh over in Belgium. What are the taxes like on importing a charger?

Import of a vehicle from outside the European Union will demand 21% VAT on the total cost of car including shipping. This is when the imorted car is younger than 30 years old. So I was lucky because when the vehicle is older than 30 years is only 6%

However Every single part I buy new for my restoration will cost me 21% more than you guys pay it (then i still need to pay the shipping).
On the other hand there are alot of ways to get away with it without paying these damn taxes....
