Some people shouldn't be allowed to restore cars. A nice low miles daytona that will take a bit of work getting it back to stock

Joe Gerdelman's car.   Perpetually for sale at eye popping prices.   I think at one time they were asking 650k for it.   Hanging a realistic price on it in 2006 would look pretty good about now.

Custom work was in the late 70's when it was an ISCA show car.

the chrome was added long before it became anathema to alter a wing car.

the "intended to a hemi" shtick is starting to wear thin, and obviously hasn't helped to sell the car.

Its a local car its featured in the super cars book and many other magazines and done the show car circuit. I known the guy for many years.Ive been all over that car and sold him parts.Joe let me and Galen at it at Mopar @ Englishtown several years back .Galen removed the buildsheet from it for another daytona.

The car appears to have been a line built 426 hemi details.And 440 was substituted ?
Question has come up before on this past post.

If had anything new to share related info since previous old post.I have done so Thats why I didnt have a sufficent answer to satisfy pettybird
