Found two '70 Chargers- anybody know them?

On my way home today, I spotted these two '70 Chargers pretty close to my house. The blue one looks to be a R/T. They are sitting on a transport truck at a towing yard (owned by the transport company). Does anybody know of these cars? Recentley sold?

Nothing? These cars are still sitting here. They had to come from somewhere....

Why doesn't someone just climb over that metal fence & go through the cars to see if there is any paperwork with names on it?   

That kind of fence looks easy to climb, too. It has all those horizontal ridges to set your toes on.
