Wha'd you use to glue the broken pieces together?

Clear Plastifix.  It's a liquid adhesive and a powder hardener.

NICE.  Are those Procars?  It's great to have a seat that actually supports you!

Received my cam & lifters from Hughes engines now I have everything for this winters project except for steering gear box I sent off to Firm Feel a week ago. I have 5 days off for Christmas. I should get a good start on it as long as I can sneak out to my out building and my propane holds up on my heater. I live in a house with 3 females. I have to go out back even in the cold at times to keep my sanity.

Dans 68

I started up the '68 today, warmed her up to operating temperature, and will wash her tomorrow.   :icon_smile_big:

As I still have gifts to wrap, chores on my honey-do list, actual work to perform and taking an unsuspecting 13 year old daughter to her first 49er's game Monday night at Candlestick Park (and her last game at Candlestick Park), along with actually enjoying Christmas Day and then jetting to Northern Virginia the next day to spend time with more family (whew....), I won't get to drive her until after the New Year.  :P

Sweet!  I better start wrenching then or the car will still be up on stands when you get here!  And yes I do enjoy a rain cruise myself.   :icon_smile_big:

You know, I am always perfectly happy driving a car that has a less than perfect paint job.  I never feel bad when it gets dirty and when it gets real dirty I just run it through the no touch car wash.  With a 10/10 paint job, I stress quite a bit more.
