It almost looks like the fender tag says xs29 to me. Maybe an early 500?

Yeah, I agree.
Also appears to be a bucket seat console car ( think I spy a C16 and C55 ).
I'll hazard a guess it's an automatic. Do I also spy a P31 in the upper left corner??

I'll bet if you took off the bent up hood, fenders and doors like the new auto salvage auctions do nowdays it wouldn't look quite so bad. If the owner has the plug that was cut out as stated it could be fixed!

I've heard others say something to the effect of "Jack up the radiator cap, drive new car underneath, re-attach radiator cap, and voila - restoration complete!"

Scoping this daytona on the mopars thread it seems to have lots carved out also, including if I am seeing it right the floor boards back including frame rails, maybe I am wrong.  It would take some skills & pocket book to save the blue 500 but I bet it is put back together, six million dollar man, I mean 500, by the way nice colored to many.

:o    :faint: , wonder if its a known one  ,   :scratchchin:  looks like it was rolled or been on passenger side  ,
see what looks like  bondo slapped over the (V88 ) stripe delete R/T emblem holes , think i  remember reading  something about first batch of un converted charger R/Ts , had  the  R/T name plate  installed &  creative just bondoed the holes up  ,  :popcrn: :scratchchin:

I recall this post mentioned bondoed over holes. It might have been bronze Pocket thunders 500 had patched holes in his 500
