There was just one shade of tan interior available for '69s from the factory.  "Saddle Tan".  That's it.

There was a lighter (gold-ish) color in 1968 and a darker brown in 1970.  But there were never two shades in the gold/beige/tan/brown range during the same year.

The "Dukes" world has come to use two different shades for General Lees because the vinyl paint that Warner Bros used in the later years of the TV series was much lighter than the factory tan shade.

factory Saddle Tan:

The wide range of differences in colors in the pics is due to photographic issues more than anything else.  (Yes, it really can vary THAT MUCH depending on the pic.)

The factory always used roughly the same shade of tan for the medium shade (seats/doors) but the darker shade on the dash area and the lighter shade on the headliners both varied more.  Sometimes those shades were nearly the same as the medium shade, other times they were dramatically different.

Look at this - same interior, different pics:

So far I haven't seen a single pic in this thread that doesn't look like factory Saddle Tan to my eyes.  And the carpet colors could all be the same one too.

I skimmed through the bottom video.

There's nothing wrong with that interior color.  It looks like probably a mix of original and reproduction stuff but everything is Saddle Tan.

These cars were built with the quality control tolerances of 45 years ago, which was absolutely nothing like modern car standards.  And everything original will have faded somewhat since then.  If you see a (non-black) interior where all the pieces uniformly match, then somebody probably re-sprayed it all with vinyl paint to get it that way.
