Did I read somewhere that they now make a 0.020 mild steel wire for MIG? If so, who carries it, and is there a 0.020 tip and roller feed aslo available (or will it work with the 0.23 tip and roller?). I use a Millermatic 135 unit.

I have tried .020 gauge wire and went back to .035. The thin wire would melt to quickly no matter what heat setting I tried. I might have been the welder (Miller 225), but the thicker wire worked better. It was alot easier to fill gaps with it!
I am ny no means a good welder. I actually just get by. I use the 035. it seems to work best for my limited skill level.
I haven't seen any that small, I just use .035 fills the gaps better and is more forgiving, espcially with my welding skills :-[
