I thought the roofline was modified on all the Superbirds and that's why they all had vinyl tops?  To hide the quickie bodywork?

The superbird definitely had a plug. The back glass is different.

The Superbird has a window plug,as well as a different rear window, than the Road Runner, there are also two triangular trim pieces that go in the bottom corners of the rear window,to blend the plug into the body. The rear window chrome trim is also unique to the Superbird.

Beware also that the trim pieces that go around a Superbirds rear window are few and far between. They are very pricey. I don't know of anyone is reproducing these parts of not.
