Title: Alt Alternator Amp Gauge - Drilling out Rivets - Decals for 69 Charger Cluster
Post by: Johnnys440Charger on July 30, 2016, 11:29:24 AM
I'm putting decals on my gauges and I was wondering if there are only 2 rivets to drill out on the Alternator gauge?   I see the rivets on the Fuel Temp and Oil Gauges.  You drill them out from the back.   But I guess on the Alt gauge, you drill them out from the front?

I would not drill, I would use a file from the back

why are u removing rivets to put on new decals ? I did the cluster on my 68. I don't belive there is any difference in the gauges .

hardest part was trying not to damage the needles. They are so delicate !
