How do you spell SCAM????
The day that car is sold for 29K is the same day Megan Fox shows up at my door and tells me she's always wanted a high school guidance counselor because we're so rich :icon_smile_wink:

And don't forget us shop teachers that got into teaching late in our lives.  I just make people think I'm poor by driving my 97 saturn!  :smilielol:

E-Bay has been overrun lately with fake scam auctions.   Different bidder names but always with zero auction credits and zero feedback.   They normally take them down after about a day.

Just a few months ago, a freind of mine had pictures of his car (a 70 Challenger) posted on one of these types of ads.   He sent a note to e-bay and down it went.

Who would be naive enough to fall victim to one of these?   I guess more than a few people because they keep getting posted!

I missed that. Should have had a clue when 29900 was not a buy it now price. One would think ebay can fix this somehow.

Reason for no buy it now price would be he could only get 29900 once, this way he can get it from a few different people and make 90K on his scam.  I do feel sorry for the guy who actually owns this car.  If he ever tries to sell, nobody is going to take him serious....

This one has been up a few times, must be a favorite of these scam artists.   At least they have good taste.
