This is all I have right now for Wing cars.  Looking at putting each one in a 8 x 10 frame and putting them up in the man cave.

I noticed that also..I first thought maybe it was wet from rain or something....now I'm not sure

Car is originally painted in acrylic enamel.
Front end and plug are put on and spot painted with lacquer.
Then wet sanded out, leaving the debris trail you see. 

Daytonas had poor paint jobs.  A correctly restored one, to the "factory finish"
would look like crap!

That's MIS.  I was sitting in the smaller, wooden stands on the right.   If you never saw the wing cars run, you missed out.
