I turn the key and I hear the clunk at the starter but no dice. I think the battery is beat. I stuck a jump box on it and still same thing. Is it possible the starter is froze up?
By the way, this is not for my charger   ;)
Gauges work and lights and it seems to be getting 12v on the gauge.

Pull the battery and have it checked/charged first.

If a jump box made no difference then test for 12v at the starter solenoid when engaging the key to the start position. If you have 12v there give the starter a thump with something solid.
The pull in coil/solenoid that engages the starter pinion gear to the ring gear needs to "earth" through the starter motor brushes.
If the brushes are worn it often wont give a decent connection and a little bump on the side of the starter will help re-seat the brushes and give a connection.

Thanks guys! I will try that!

Starters can and do freeze up.  A good smack of a hammer on the starter might help.

Don't use the hammer on the battery however . . . that never helps any.
