Man !!! She looks just like my former T7 C500...... Wow !! :2thumbs:
it was bid up to $140,000 w/NO SALE at Mecum Kissimmee this past January
How often do we get to see that kind of documentation? That is really cool.
Once of the things I have had fun doing is looking up the old title addresses for cars I've had. This one is 80 Catulpa Ave Lawrenceburg IN: Per Google maps, a very modest brick home in a nice neighborhood. You can just picture this 500 sitting in the driveway on day 2 Nov 1968. This is the stuff I dream about. :2thumbs:
HOLY COW !!!!! HOLY GRAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep indeed. When my uncles 69 R/t showed up on ebay a month ago it was parked in front of this big huge home in Georgia.
When he had it, it was in front of a little brick house with a willow tree in the front that dwarfed the house.
That is a REALLY nice looking car. If only I had 150K equity in my shack to buy it. ;D
All hail the C500
I love how much more the radio is compared to the destination charge. A destination charge of 46 bucks, that his hilarious. :smilielol:
Car had 3 sheets in it first time I looked at the car. I found the third sheet. There was even more paper work with car in 2008 as well.
Cool car especially with all the paperwork. Well...except for the girlie-matic trans :icon_smile_big:
Sorry, I just couldn't resist. :nana:
In all seriousness, it really is a cool car and it will be interesting to see how it fairs in the market.

No way to improve on the definition of an automatic transmission

I like that the AM/FM Radio costs 20% of the Hemi.
Makes me wish my Charger's original owner had gone radio delete and shelled out the 400 clams difference for the big valve covers...
The Hemi was usually a $800 option which was 25% of the usual $3,200 price range. LEON.

To those who saw this car pre-restoration: what caused the need for the restoration? How did it look with 14,000 miles?
Seized as part of the DC Solar Federal raid in 2019. Up for grabs at US Marshals auction.
