My 70 had disc-drums on it, and it had just a standard dual master cylinder with the reservoirs the same size
I'm running a Raybestos MC36406. It is a 15/16" master cylinder. It's for a 73-75 A Body. Pressure of the pedal feels good. You should call Dr Diff and talk to him. You can also get it at RockAuto.

A lot depends on the size of your wheel cylinders, with large diameter calipers and rear wheel cylinders the 15/16" MC might run out of travel. On my latest swap with 2.95" calipers and 15/16" rear wheel cylinders I had to go to a 1 1/8" MC to get a decent pedal. (manual brakes)
I am using the 7/8" wheel cylinders. The pedal feels good.
I have factory style front discs and large rear drums. I use 1 1/32 bore on manual brakes. Stops great. Minimal effort required to stop from 125 mph.
I used the stock 68 4 drum master with disc drum set up, works great.
I used 76 Aspen MC on my 70 with 10" rear drum and 11 3/4 disk up front. All steel looks kinda stock. New not rebuilt it was not costly from Rockauto.

I did that initially. Will work fine until the front pistons start to move as thebpads wear. Not enough resevoir for discs.

Thats true, but I know to check my brake fluid level every oil change no matter what master cyl is on a car :)
Thanks, guys !
I'm trying to figure out my brake set up, and I'd like to stay away from a big, expensive Hemi style brake booster sucking up room under my hood. ;)
I've got the front disc kit that uses '85 Chrysler Fifth Avenue discs and calipers and some 11 inch rear drums and backing plates, or I could go with 10 inch rear drums. :scratchchin:
I also need to figure out which junction/proportioning valve/block thingie to use, and what reproduction brake lines will fit. :scratchchin:
On mine I used the stock 4 drum valve & lines, non power, I bought an adjustable proportioning valve but did not need it.

The RPV's in the front system are usually problematic. Reservoir size isn't an issue with good maintenance.
