From the looks of where its sitting, there's probably no frame rails left.
No R/T hood.
No R/T doors.
No R/T Tail lights.
So... where's the R/T ?
I guess maybe the VIN ?

That's what I was thinking. will cost you another $5k for the missing R/T Parts.
Excuse my ignorance on later models, but is that even a Charger VIN?

Body Type: W = Dodge Coronet / Charger
Price Class: S = Special
Body Type: 23 = 2 Door Hardtop
Engine: U = 440 1 – 4 Barrel (8 Cylinder)
Year: 1 = 197I
Sequence Number: 25573 = 25573rd Vehicle Built
Not much evidence other than a a dash vin.
The "S" after "W" in "WS" of the VIN is only found on R/T cars. But yeah, this one has been neutered.
The seller is weird too. I was in his area and reached out to try and make a deal (if the price was right). He chatted a bit and then when I asked about any R/T parts, he went silent. Then he messaged me back a day and a half later saying he wanted to sell it and would make a deal but I was already long gone from the area.
