can anyone give me installation tips to install the outer and inner window seals? i removed the outer seal with pliers and see how the replacements are supposed to mount hut I cannot get the clips into the mounting holes, am I supposed to remove the window? with the window rolled down it does not allow much maneuverability of the window sweep or the felt side, how are these installed? I purchased these from Softseal, the rear windows were easy to install, I thought of using a putty knife to no avail.

Yes, at minimum the glass has to be removed. Good luck.
I've done them with window as is... but if you can't get'm in, remove the door panel and the window down stop.... so you can lower it some more then reinstall the stop when done. No need to remove the glass...
