The door and fenders were painted about 6 months ahead of the body (typical body shop ) and the shade of orange is just smidge off...you guys think a good paint shop can blend the body color into the doors? :brickwall:
Yes, with today's technology a good body shop should come up with a really close match. You just need to find a good reputable shop close to you.
They should have had a better plan. With variations in temperature, humidity, etc, it should all be painted at once. Maybe sand the top coat and do one complete coat with the body assembled.

And it will always be, until you paint the vehicle completely assembled in regards to the body panels actually being mounted on the vehicle, even painting the components/panels unassembled and scattered around the spray booth on the same day can yield shade differences, esp with metallic/pearl paints...if your painting HEMI Orange?, it has metallic and IIRC pearl in it as well...
Its 75 flame red...a non metallic paint
