The only daytona I recall that was orange and had rocker moulding .Is from Ted in TX who bought one in 73

Our second Mopar is a 1969 Charger Daytona. It is V2 Hemi orange, 440 automatic with 64,000 miles. [Note the Daytona has lower sill mouldings--a very rare option.] We bought this car from Ted Janak in Texas in February 1997. It was Ted's own personal car that he bought from the original owner in 1973.

That's what I see on the tag, and it's what I have on my spreadsheet too. SPD of 606.
Hey Doug, has anyone studied the "Sequence Number" that is at the very top LH corner of the Build Sheets? I've read elsewhere that this indicates the actual order that the cars went down the line. The SPD and VIN were assigned to the car well ahead of time, but supposedly the Sequence Number was assigned only at the time the car's actual production started. Reason I ask, is that this car is just 118 cars ahead of mine (on Assembly Line 2 of Hamtramck) if this holds true. Just curious... :scope:
the seller only has a 1 rating. that always makes me nervous that it might be a scam. Rene

Gene, honestly, I don't know.
