i like the color
I wish they (Chrysler) would have picked it over FJ5...
Tinting the crap out of the rear window sure disguises the lack of plug... nicely done. Wonder if the lights work.
he shows the lights in that one picture. there mounted fixed and the doors are just covers that you remove . i like the way they look mounted like that. Rene
So why did you have me make your headlights operate with vacuum ???

What's up with this pic?
Is this a trick question? Looks like the runner with the bird front end parts prior to painting. ::)

The seller should have said that. I would hate it if the buyer received the car looking like that and not like in the painted pics. HLPAG pulls that every now and then by posting pics of what the car would look like after restoration, rather than now
one fake bird and one real bird?

I was going to try and take a drive by his place today and look at his cars but it didn't work out as we both had other things going on. He's about 1hr and 45mins from me so maybe I'll get the chance later this week. I met him a while back over a couple of other cars we both had been interested in and he was lucky enough to have bought them. For those that may be interested, I can say that he is a very nice guy and not one to try and BS or put something over on you about anything on his cars. If you call him about it I feel pretty sure that you'll get straight up talk. I have called several other people about their cars for sale as possible prospects to use for a clone only to have wasted a lot of gas and time going to see something that was not even close to their descriptions. Seems like solid or rust free to some folks means that the rust comes free with it and whatever steel is left attached to it, you pay for. Anyway I'm still keeping an eye out for something to use and hopefully between the tips here and some info. from his experiences I'll get there one day.

It says that in the ad, but I don't think it's the same car--also, that's as far up as a real decklid goes with the stops...

its a real air grabber car also , if you look at the dash it still has the switchin place ?? sad I agree use a satelite
He probably could've gotten more for it if kept original and spruced up. That's sad to see a beautiful original car messed up like that. It's just a half baked replica (no plug, non-vacuum headlights, non-Superbird color).
