Title: 1968 vs 1969 dash frame difference
Post by: charger2fast4u on February 03, 2017, 02:49:53 PM
Can anyone give a rundown on the differences from a 68 vs 69 charger dash frame? Also the difference if any between a non A/C dash vs a A/C dash? Can the 69 dash be used in a 68 but still use all the 68 equipment? Gauges, bezels, pads Ect? I'm talking about the dash frames themselves not all the bolt on's.

Only difference that I'm aware of between 68/69 is the ignition switch hole size, 69 is larger to fit the one year only ignition switch. As for the a/c vs non a/c just the vent openings on the dash frame being cut open.
