Great pictures Stuart!!!
It is looking like the track video was not saved... :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:
I bought two identical 4GB PNY brand MicroSD Class 4 cards for the trip, the first one has all it's video clips and they look great in full screen mode... not to shabby for a 5 oz motorcycle helmet video camera. See reduced size screen captures below... the 4th one is a zoom in of the 3rd pic.
The second card is not even recognized as a media card by my computer... I will keep trying, and take it to the Best Buy where I purchased the cards... but I believe the card is defective. :flame:

yes economy and so close to dega affected this meet . Didnt have any fords show at all. Last year was way up in numbers of wing cars .But this year was even down from the normal numbers .

I counted 11 or 12 depending on the day (plus the bronze 500 not parked with the wing cars and JoAnn's silver Daytona at Rich's).

dont forget doctor bills green car at rich's only also , due to him being sick .
Hopefully, I'll be adding at least one to the count next year and if I can talk my brother into driving the wingrunner, that will make two.
His good fortune is that if I buy a bird is he gets the wing runner. I had a friend of my brother's drive the 71 Cuda today and he fell in love with it. He may buy it before the weekend. If he does, I'm definitley buying the bird.
since you can't have any of your own

Stuart, was the wingcar count down this year? Doesn't seem like there were near as many as last year.
I counted 14 Aero cars total through the three-days (Fri @ Rich's and Sat/Sun at Gateway). Last year there were 42 cars combined, so yes - the numbers were down.
Overall numbers for the MMW weekend were up, strangely enough. Jim Campbell told me Tuesday that the car show had 767 cars total, which is 36 or 38 more than the previous year (which set a record). He's guessing that the rain on Saturday kept 100 +/- cars from showing up, and he could be right. Next year they're hoping to get close to that 900 mark.
I have already set the wheels in motion to step back a bit from clipboard duty on the Track Laps. It's no problem to handle the Aero car group, but it was no fun at all this year taking care of the other groups too. That responsibility sort-of landed in my lap by default the last 4 or 5 years, but I think things are all set up so that someone else will handle everything but the Aero group. That will coincide nicely with my Daytona's debut on Gateway's Oval Track...

I think Dave added it about 3 yrs ago. He went shopping at monster mopar and decided for a bit of a change
