I'd like to know the name for that part, this big square metal with the rubber in it, I really need the rubber in it mine is dead... And do you know where I can find them on line ?

They're called isolators, four used per car. Factory P/N is 3402379 but Energy Suspension makes poly replacements.

And the whole metal part around the isolators, plates ? Sorry to bother you but do you know where i can get them please ?
Your plates are rusted/cracked/missing? I just blasted mine, used metal ready, and por15. If you place a post in parts wanted, someone on here may be able to come through, barring that , try overpriced ebay.
Replaced my worn rubber isolators with the Energy suspension ones as mentioned.
