Title: What dash color is this?
Post by: venecharger on July 05, 2018, 08:50:26 AM
Hi! Anyone knows what color is this? Look for the "mustard" paint of the instrument panel body.

This is a '69 SE. T5/V17 383 auto. No fender tag. Seats and console are from a donor car.

Thanks!

Suede colors were used on the dash.  It appears to be Laser Gold Poly.

Repaint.

That clip at the bottom would not have been painted with the dash assembly originally.

Ok, just to make this thread more helpful to everyone: I think this instrument panel should be painted same as the steering column, which seems to be painted in Buckskin Tan.

Is anyone able to post pictures of Laser Gold Poly, Buckskin Tan and other colors used by the factory for instrument panels?

Clever comment on the painted clip!

Thanks guys!

Mistery solved: You're right Alaskan, today previous owner told me he painted the dash frame in that mustard color. It was saddle color originally. Thanks a lot for you help guys!
