The pieces that make the inner halves of the vinyl top chrome trim?  Mounting holes drilled in the quarter panels.

This is in it's proper position  so the large round holes are behind the small counter sunk holes on the molding

your missing the special jnut clip thingies , there are four each side , or should be  , mine only 3 each side  , & previously had never been appart , guess the assmebly line workers were looking  for any ways to cut corners & save time  :P

been well over 20 years since i put mine back together & spent hours & hours  aligining  front & rear side glass to get it dialed in , i've posted at least in two threads  how to go about it all i  know  other members have done a few good info posts also , just had a look but cant find anything  :shruggy:
you can put the whole window regulator in  then fit the glass  ,  make sure you use the rubber bushings  ie  cut lengths of over flow hose as per factory ( used as bushings / spacer things)  that go  round the bolts that hold the glass to the regulator . you  can then fit the belt moulding & catwisker rubber seals  , you might need to adjust the glass stops to alow the glass to be lowered to the max , or if you have taken it all to bits leave that loose  so you can lower class right the way down to allow   for access to the j bolt screws,
