Title: Pulls for a while after braking
Post by: tucknroll on August 13, 2018, 08:51:22 PM
Hey, my 69 charger with front disc brakes runs straight down the road until I stop at a light. Then it pulls to the left for about a mile or so and then is fine again. Pads are good but that's all I've checked so far. Any ideas what to check next? Thanks

Sounds like the brakes on one wheel are not totally releasing after you stomp on the brakes
Try jacking the car up and give the front wheels a spin to see they spin even then stomp on the brakes then get out to try both front wheels to see if one turns easier than the other
If both front work the same before and after try the same test with the back wheels to see if you find anything

Agreed. That caliper is sticking.

Might be from corroded rubber brake line that is swollen at connection
