Title: Vacuum headlight canister on 68 Charger

  When you unplug the 2 hoses from the nipples, are the holes supposed to flow freely?  Meaning I can shove a small screwdriver all the way through the smaller one, but the big one my screwdriver will only go an inch before stopping.

it had a check valve

 Is the check valve supposed to rattle like a PCV??
